Effective date: September 4, 2026

Information to include in a notice
Please provide enough information for us to assess and act on the report:
- Your full name, organization (if applicable), and contact email.
- Identification of the copyrighted work, right, or law you believe is being infringed or violated.
- The exact URL or other precise electronic location of the content at issue, together with a clear description of that content.
- A reasoned explanation of why the content is infringing or unlawful, including supporting evidence where available.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act for the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
How we handle notices
We review sufficiently detailed notices in a timely, diligent, and objective manner. We may request more information, restrict or remove content, preserve relevant records, or take other appropriate action. Where applicable, we will communicate our decision to the reporting party and the affected content provider. We may also forward the notice and contact details to the affected party when necessary to resolve the claim or comply with law.
Counter-notifications
If you believe your content was restricted or removed because of a mistake or misidentification, email support@jokerpalace.com with the subject Counter-notification. Identify the removed content and its previous location, explain why the decision was mistaken, provide evidence of your authorization to use the content, include your contact details, and add a good-faith accuracy statement and your physical or electronic signature. Include any consent-to-jurisdiction statement required by the law applicable to your notice.
Abuse of the reporting process
Knowingly submitting false, misleading, or bad-faith notices may result in rejection of the report, restriction of access to our services, or legal liability. This process must not be used to silence lawful speech, competition, criticism, or other permitted uses.
